HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, submit a completed survey along with a written testimonial about how you were forced to close your family farm in order to pay the Estate Tax. To be eligible, the transfer of estate occurred after 2001. The heirs wanted to continue farming. Entire farm was sold to pay Estate Tax. Estate executor valued the farmland at its agricultural use price, not its commercial/development price. Entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the draw, October 27th, 2007. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Billionaires Inc. Billionaires Inc is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier, butler, page or or personal delivery will not be accepted. CONTEST RULES: 1. The contest is open to any former family farmer that lost their farm due to paying the Estate Tax. Identification, proof of income and possibly one’s first-born must be produced on request. Employees and/or sweatshop workers of contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest. 2. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded, even if presented on the Isle of Nevis for tax purposes. Billionaires Inc will not provide travel to Nevis. 3. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available. “Something nice, but plastic” from Wal-Mart cannot be returned for any other merchandise or redeemed for cash value . 4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Billionaires Inc may deem appropriate. This may include use of your yacht for the weekend wooing Congresspersons. Billionaires will not be responsible for alcohol consumed on yacht or admit to any missing guests inadvertently lost or drowned. 5. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that the GOP, the 18 wealthy families of the Pro-Repeal movement, or Billionaires Inc. may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s). 6. The person(s) selected as being the winner(s) and thus exploited for messaging and legislative gain will be required to provide a detailed account of losing their farm to pay the Estate Tax before the prize is awarded to them. 7. Winners and any guests at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Billionaires Inc. acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules. 9. Billionaires Inc. retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever. In the case that Wal-Mart is out of “something nice, but plastic,” Billionaires Inc will substitute prize with a comparable item from the bedding dept. 10. This search is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws as purchased and owned by Billionaires through campaign checks, power brokers, black mail and other forms of modern governance. 11. Billionaires Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. 12. Approximate value of prizes vary. 13. If prize involves travel, winner and travel companion must agree to the airline's Terms and Conditions of travel. Once confirmed, winner cannot change trip dates and travel accommodations; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond Sponsors' and Administrators' control. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same dates, itinerary, and fare class. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel will be forfeited. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated. All tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used. 14.
